Daniel A. Murray
Biography

Daniel Murray focuses his practice on all areas of intellectual property law. His clients span numerous industries including telecom/Smartphone, medical devices, construction hardware, sporting goods, software technologies, and others. Daniel also has significant expertise in negotiating and drafting patent, software, trademark, and copyright licenses, performing non-infringement and invalidity opinions, prosecuting patents in various arts, patent reexaminations, and trademark disputes.

  • Defeated a German non-practicing entity at trial and at each level of appeal, up to the highest patent court in Germany, confirming a ruling of invalidity.
