Gregory D. Kelminson
Biography

Greg Kelminson focuses on the representation of clients in complex criminal and regulatory investigations and charged proceedings. Greg’s practice includes representation of those investigated or charged with securities fraud, health care fraud, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Greg also provides guidance on regulatory compliance issues related to the health care and securities industry.


Health Care
Greg’s health care representation includes defending those charged with or being investigated for Medicare fraud, Medicaid fraud, TRICARE fraud, billing fraud and kickbacks. Greg’s clients include dentists and dental organizations, hospitals and doctors, compounding pharmacies and pharmacists, and other medical professionals.

Greg’s regulatory compliance practice centers on a wide range of federal and state regulations. Greg assists health care clients to develop and implement systems to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Greg has particular expertise in federal and state anti-kickback laws and its safe-harbors, as well as fraud and abuse in health care transactions. He works with clients throughout the health care industry, including dentists, hospitals, health care systems, and physician practices.

Securities
Greg has experience handling federal and state administrative actions instituted by securities regulators, including acting as counsel for corporations, broker-dealers, investment advisers, and officers and directors. His practice also focuses on the representation of businesses and individuals in a variety of complex commercial matters and business disputes.  He provides sophisticated legal advocacy in complex, high-stakes matters alleging fraud, misconduct, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty relating to investments governed by the SEC, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and other applicable federal and state fraud laws.
