• Defense of a hospital in a multimillion dollar antitrust lawsuit brought by a physician who was not awarded an exclusive contract
• Advised a $3 billion health care company in all Texas real estate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, development and leaseholds
• Obtained summary judgment for a medical waste transportation and disposal company
• Landlord tenant disputes on behalf of a health care tenant
