Jennifer Sibley focuses her practice in the areas of private clients and estate planning, counseling individuals, families, and business owners regarding wealth preservation, tax planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. Jennifer’s estate planning practice ranges from preparing basic wills and ancillary estate planning documents to structuring complex estate plans. Having earned a master’s degree in personal financial planning, she enjoys working with clients to implement estate plans that are coordinated with their comprehensive financial plan. Likewise, she represents business owners in creating business succession plans that are synchronized with personal estate plans and business goals. Jennifer believes in crafting a plan that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual, family, or business owner, while maintaining as much simplicity as possible.
Jennifer also represents executors and administrators in the probate and administration of estates and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns, as well as trustees in the administration of trust estates. She frequently consults with the firm’s litigation attorneys regarding contested matters in the areas of estate and trust administration.
Prior to her legal career, Jennifer taught Latin to middle school and junior high school students.
