Kelsey A. Williams
Biography

Kelsey Williams focuses her practice in the area of complex commercial litigation, representing clients ranging from high net worth individuals to national corporations. Her current trial practice concentrates on the representation of businesses and individuals in disputes involving claims such as breach of contract, fraud, and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. In addition, Kelsey represents corporate creditors in asserting and perfecting lien and bond claims. Kelsey has significant experience litigating complex business disputes, recovering judgments for her clients, and seeking payment from judgment debtors through garnishments and other post-judgment remedies.

Kelsey prides herself on developing close relationships with the clients she serves. In addition to being a zealous advocate for the people and businesses she represents, Kelsey is committed to getting the best results for her clients.
