Dallas firm Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP in its bankruptcy practice, focusing on creditors' rights. Erler has extensive experience in advising creditors committees in midsize and large bankruptcies proceedings, and dealing in reorganizations, liquidations, pre- and post-bankruptcy workouts, and foreclosure matters. Since the onset of the financial crisis, Erler has worked on bankruptcies in many industries, including automotive companies and
