Bell Nunnally partner Chris Trowbridge was featured in Texas Lawyer as “Litigator of the Week” for his representation of The Ward Family Foundation, a non-profit corporation, pursuing the Foundation’s claims in state court and United States Bankruptcy Court for losses related to a real estate investment fraud. Last week, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas Dallas Division issued a 52-page opinion awarding nearly one million dollars plus attorneys’ fees to the Foundation.
