Stephanie K. Gause joined Bell, Nunnally & Martin from Baker Botts on January 4, 2010. Stephanie will represent firm clients in a variety of real estate and corporate transactions. She has experience working on complex domestic and international commercial real estate matters including the acquisition and sale of commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial sites, and unimproved land. “Stephanie will add strength to our already deep real estate and corporate practices,” said Jim Skochdopole, managing partner.
Stephanie has represented landlords and tenants in cities throughout the United States in the negotiation and drafting of commercial office leases, retail leases, warehouse leases and subleases. Her experience also extends to representing borrowers in the negotiation and preparation of loan agreements, ancillary loan documents, security documentation and legal opinions.
In 2003, she received her B.B.A. in Finance and the Business Honors Program from The University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with honors. She received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, in 2006, graduating with honors.
