Craig has over 15 years experience handling all aspects of identifying, acquiring, and protecting client's intellectual property, and has worked with all sizes of companies to develop and manage U.S. and international intellectual property portfolios. Craig also has extensive experience with licensing, technology transfer, technology contracts, and intellectual property issues in M&A matters. He represents clients in a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, computer, software, medical device, audio recognition, and gaming.
Craig received his B.S. in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University in 1991, and his J.D., with honors, from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 1994. In addition to 10 years of experience in private practice, Craig has previously worked as General Counsel for Netrake Corporation and Calpont Corporation, and was corporate counsel for Lucent Technologies/Bell Labs.
