Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP attorney Stephanie K. Gause has been elected secretary of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers for 2012. Gause has been active with the organization since 2006, including serving as a member of the board of directors in 2011, acting as board liaison to the Young In-House Lawyers and Environmental Awareness committees, co-chairing the Membership Committee and organizing and running numerous association events.
“Stephanie’s involvement with the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and particularly her role within its leadership ranks speaks to her dedication and development, both as a professional and as a member of the broader legal and business communities,” said James Skochdopole, managing partner of Bell Nunnally.
Gause focuses her legal practice on real estate and corporate transactions, including commercial office and retail leasing, purchase and sale agreements, stock dispositions and asset sales and structured finance transactions. She also handles corporate and partnership formation, organizational and authority documents and represents borrowers and lenders in the negotiation and preparation of loan agreements, ancillary loan documents, security document and legal opinions.
Gause is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 2006) and the University of Texas at Austin (B.B.A., 2003). A member of the Research and Development Committee for the Texas Real Estate Council, Gause is also active with the Dallas Museum of Art as a member of their Junior Associates program and with the Junior League of Dallas.
