Arianna Goodman is a member of the firm’s litigation department where she focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense. She represents corporations and professionals from the initial phases of an investigation through trial.
Arianna’s practice includes defending individuals and companies in government and internal investigations, state and federal grand jury matters, and regulatory proceedings, including SEC enforcement actions. She represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of federal criminal matters including health care fraud, tax violations, money laundering, anti-bribery and anti-kickback statutes, public and political corruption, and other federal offenses.
Arianna’s representative experience includes defending physicians, hospitals, pharmacists, compounding pharmacies, and dentists against investigations and prosecutions. Her experience includes matters handled by the Department of Justice, the Medicare Fraud Strike Force, the Department of Defense, the Health and Human Services – Office of Inspector General, and SEC, among others. Arianna also has experience in commercial litigation representing public and private companies in the health care and medical technology industries and higher education institutions.
Active in the community, she contributes pro bono hours to the Buried Alive Project – a non-profit organization which fights to free people serving life without parole for sentences handed down under outdated federal drug laws.
