Each client is different – different legal issues, different set of facts, different priorities and different risk tolerances. Ian approaches each client according to their individual needs and crafts creative solutions, acknowledging that there is no such thing as one-size-fits-all when it comes to building effective legal strategies.
Ian represents established businesses and individuals in a variety of complex legal matters, primarily in business and commercial litigation. Ian’s representative experience includes helping an oil and gas company sue a competitor for patent infringement, assisting in recovering an elderly individual’s retirement embezzled by an investment firm, and enforcing the unpaid accounts of lenders in amounts ranging from four to seven figures.
Ian helps clients, including banks, construction companies, commercial lenders, and supply contractors, reclaim money owed to them through promissory notes, leases, guarantees and unpaid accounts.
In addition, Ian works with firm clients in labor and employment litigation matters, including wage and hour, FLSA, nonsubscriber and discrimination cases.
Articulate and tactful in his approach, Ian believes that the central role of any lawyer is that of an advocate: someone dedicated to mastering the power of persuasion who clients can have in their corner no matter the situation.
