With a client-centric approach, Kheana knows that the best solutions come when an attorney can start by putting themselves into the client’s shoes. Infusing her work with this empathy allows her to align legal strategies with client objectives.
Kheana focuses her practice on commercial litigation, representing clients in individual, class action and multidistrict litigation matters in federal court. She also has experience with the London Court of International Arbitration, one of the world’s leading international institutions for commercial dispute resolution, representing a client in a breach of contract and fraud dispute. Agile and adaptable, she strives for clear, concise communication with clients, working closely with them to efficiently resolve their legal disputes.
Before joining Bell Nunnally, Kheana clerked for the Honorable Joshua M. Kindred of the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska and the Honorable Nancy J. Rosenstengel of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. While in law school, she externed with the Honorable Donald L. Graham of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
