As COVID-19 continues to unfold on a national and global scale, we know your business is determined to continue forward, as is ours. Our attorneys and staff, along with our files and documents, remain fully accessible, as they always have been. Bell Nunnally is well-situated and prepared to continue operations seamlessly for our clients during this time.
The health and well-being of our team – as well as our clients and our community – are paramount in all our considerations and planning. We are closely monitoring the CDC, WHO, and state and local authorities as we make daily operational decisions.
We have instituted a flexible office work policy, encouraging employees to work from home. Although in-person access to our office has largely been restricted to necessary employees only, we have numerous remote capabilities and options to ensure continuous client service and responsiveness. If necessary, in-person meetings are permitted subject to heightened office safety procedures. Our remote capabilities include remote desktop access, telephone and videoconferencing, and an integrated telephone system that sends calls and voicemail directly to attorneys regardless of where they may be. All of our computer and data networks are fully operational and secure.
With such a rapidly evolving situation, courts are adjusting their schedules daily to respond to the pandemic. As our commitment to clients remains our top priority, we are closely monitoring these updates to ensure there are no disruptions in cases.
