Jeff Ansley, Hon. Royal Furgeson, Eric Werner and Art Goodwin discuss fraud and white collar crime.

The presentation will focus on the complex dynamics at play in federal white collar fraud investigations and trials, given from the differing perspectives of experienced defense lawyers, prosecutors and judges. The panelists will discuss the process of investigating and building these cases and determining whether and how they should be charged, the unique challenges of finding and developing a defensive theory, and ultimately how to either prosecute or defend the case from their perspectives as seasoned participants in the federal trial system.
