Randy Lindley and Karen Hart are speaking at the National Association of Credit Management’s (NACM) 121st Credit Congress in Grapevine, Texas. On Monday, June 12th, Hart will discuss the best practices for documenting deals and agreements, as well as customer disputes. She will also sit on the panel entitled “Executive Exchange: Building and Construction”. This panel will discuss credit and finance-related building and construction issues, challenges, resources and solutions.
Lindley is presenting “The Electronic World of Credit” on Tuesday, June 13th, where he will provide tips on how to create user-friendly electronic credit applications/account agreements, set up e-signature platforms for electronic documents, create electronic guarantees, link the individual guarantor to the electronic guarantee, and convince management of the importance of electronic documents.
