After a nearly seven-week healthcare fraud case in the Northern District of Texas, three defendants were acquitted of all charges, two will be retried and one was convicted. This webinar will review the highlights of the case United States v. Steven Kuper, et al., including how our client, a pharmacist, was acquitted of all charges.
