Representative Experience

  • Negotiated on behalf of a subsidiary of Viridien, a multinational geoscience technology services and high-performance computing company, for a long-term lease for more than 250,000 square feet of commercial office space and data center facilities for its North American headquarters in Houston.
  • Created the employment infrastructure for an Australian sustainable bitcoin mining company, including both employment and immigration matters related to its expansion and the building of a data center in Texas.
  • Represented a datacenter developer in several development projects, including negotiating the construction financing for those datacenters in multiple states.
