Heath Cheek will be presenting “A Guide to the Texas Lawyer’s Creed for In House Counsel” at the Belo Mansion on Tuesday, August 1st.

As part of the Dallas Bar Association’s August Corporate Counsel Section Meeting, this CLE examines the Texas Lawyer’s Creed from the perspective of in house counsel so they can understand the ethical and moral rules governing their behavior as well as those guiding their retained outside counsel and any opposing counsel. The presentation will be from 12:00 – 1:00 PM and 1 hour of CLE credit is available. All CLEs are free to DBA members unless otherwise noted. Non-Member fee: $30
