The ABA Section of Litigation is hosting a panel discussion titled “Her Story: Women Succeeding in Real Estate Litigation” presented by the Real Estate, Condemnation and Trust Litigation Committee. This will be a panel discussion of women litigators, including Bell Nunnally’s Karen Hart, holding positions from new associate up to partner on common topics including: their roles and growth as litigators, within their firm management, within the real estate and trusts practice areas and within the ABA and other bar and networking associations, life-balancing, rainmaking, mentoring and what they see as the opportunities and challenges still ahead for themselves and for women litigators following them.
