Attorneys Joshua D. Fuller, Ian G. Klein and Kheana Pollard have joined Bell Nunnally as associates and members of its Litigation practice.
Fuller joins Bell Nunnally from Thompson & Horton LLP, where he was also an associate. His experience includes representing clients across numerous industries and practice areas, including construction, insurance and public and private education. Fuller also is experienced in litigating commercial and business disputes. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law (J.D., 2017) and the University of Texas at Austin (B.A., with honors, 2014). Notably, Fuller was named to D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers in Dallas” list for 2020-2021.
Klein represents established businesses and individuals in a variety of complex legal matters, primarily in business and commercial litigation. He is also a member of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights practice. Prior to joining Bell Nunnally, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable W. Keith Watkins and Myron H. Thompson of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Klein is a graduate of Texas A&M University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2020) and the University of Texas at Arlington (B.A., magna cum laude, 2016).
Pollard focuses her practice on commercial litigation. Prior to joining Bell Nunnally, Pollard clerked for the Honorable Joshua M. Kindred of the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska and the Honorable Nancy J. Rosenstengel of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. She is a graduate of University of Illinois College of Law (J.D., 2019) and the University of Central Florida (B.S. and B.A., 2015).
