Bell Nunnally has added Samantha L. Elliott as an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice.
Elliott focuses her practice on trademarks and intellectual property issues arising in commercial transactions, including software licensing. Drawing on prior experience in regulated industries and a strong interest in the protection, commercialization and strategic use of intangible assets, she brings a practical, business-oriented approach to helping clients secure, protect and maximize the value of their intellectual property.
Elliott earned her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law, where she concentrated in intellectual property law and participated in the Aggie Dispute Resolution Advocacy Team. She was a national finalist in the University of Houston Law Center’s National Mediation Competition and participated in the Dallas Women Lawyers Association Leadership Class. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of North Texas.
