Partner Brent A. Turman recently joined Dallas sports radio station The Ticket (96.7 FM/1310 AM) to demystify the jury selection process and offer listeners a behind-the-scenes look at what potential jurors never see.

During the interview, Turman explained the strategic considerations attorneys evaluate during voir dire and broke down why Donovan Lewis, co-host of the station’s popular mid-day show The Invasion, wasn’t selected when he recently reported for jury duty at the Dallas County courthouse.
