Bell Nunnally has added Foreign Legal Consultant Daniela Martinez. Registered by the State Bar of California as a Foreign Legal Consultant, Martinez is licensed to practice law in Mexico. Previously practicing at a private law firm in Mexico, upon moving to the United States, she worked in the Economics Department of the Consulate General of Mexico in New York. Martinez leverages her knowledge of Mexican law, as well as her strong eye for detail, to assist clients on cross-border transactions, as well as with corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, leases, incorporation of trusts and real estate due diligence. She is a graduate of the Technological and Higher Studies Institute of Monterrey (J.D., cum laude, 2010).
