Bell Nunnally partners Kenneth C. Meixelsperger and John F. Guild, along with associates Greg Nieman and Catherine B. Baldo, secured a unanimous $20 million verdict in favor of their client following a more than two-week jury trial in Tarrant County. The verdict came after the team secured dismissal of $16 million in counterclaims immediately before trial.
