Bell Nunnally Partner Spencer C. Diebel has been accepted into The Real Estate Council (TREC) Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2025.

TREC is a Dallas-based trade organization with more than 2,000 members representing 625 companies, comprising 95 percent of the commercial real estate business in North Texas. Its members include developers, builders, brokers, attorneys, architects, investment bankers, accountants, finance and title professionals. TREC offers networking and educational programs focused on leadership development and continuing education.

The Associate Leadership Council is a 10-month leadership development program designed to inspire and educate future commercial real estate leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth. Through ALC, young commercial real estate professionals participate in monthly leadership programs and lunches, receive personalized executive training and implement a community investment project.
