While the use of “Rambo” tactics has declined, however, the transition to civility is still ongoing. During this program, the panel will discuss the factors that have slowed the legal profession’s departure from “Rambo” litigation, as well as several tactics that may be used to act as a more-effective and ethical advocate during this pivotal period of transition.

Join us as we explore the changing landscape of professionalism for attorneys, including the rise and fall of “Rambo” litigation and the dawn of a new “Age of Civility.”
