This executive order seeks to maximize development and production of Alaska’s natural resources on both federal and state lands. It prioritizes development of Alaska’s liquefied natural gas sales and transportation, including permitting pipelines for it. It also directs the secretary of the interior to exercise all lawful authority and discretion to take steps necessary to withdraw or rescind previous regulations and environmental impact studies that have restricted development of natural resources in the state.
