The purpose of this executive order is to develop a next-generation missile defense shield for the United States like the Iron Dome in Israel. The secretary of war is directed to submit to the president an architectural plan for developing the next generation systems and technology to track, intercept and destroy missiles and a secure supply chain for all components of the system, as well as a plan to fund the directions in this executive order.
