This executive order revises section 2(h) of Executive Order 14193 to state that duty free treatment for items in subsections (a) and (b) of section 2(h) will cease to be available upon notification by the secretary of commerce to the president that adequate systems are in place to fully and expeditiously process and collect revenues applicable to subsections (a) and (b).
