This order is an amendment to paragraph 2(g) of Executive Order 14194 to state that duty free treatment for items in subsection (a) of paragraph 2(g) will cease to be available upon notification by the secretary of commerce to the president that adequate systems are in place to fully and expeditiously process and collect revenues applicable to subsection (a).
