This executive order amends Executive Order 14193 by rescinding the tariffs set forth in sections 2(a) and 2(b) of it as they apply to articles that are entered free of duty as a good of Canada. It also reduces the rate of duty on potash that is not subject to section 2(a) from 25% to 10%.
