This executive order rescinds certain executive orders and other actions of the Biden administration, the most significant of which for businesses are Executive Order 14026 (raising the minimum wage for federal contractors to $15 an hour starting Jan. 30, 2022, and increasing annually thereafter) and Executive Order 14126 (encouraging federal contractors to voluntarily recognize unions and to be neutral to union organizing).
