Executive Order 14258: Extending the TikTok enforcement delay

This order delayed enforcement of the application of Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act (the Act) with respect to TikTok until June 19, 2025. During this time the Department of Justice was directed to take no action to enforce the act or impose penalties against any entity for noncompliance with the act. It is an extension of Executive Order 14166 which delayed enforcement of the act until April 5, 2025.
