This executive order directs the secretary of energy to publish a notice in the Federal Register, rescinding Energy Conservation Program: Definition of Showerhead which is a 13,000 word regulation defining “Showerhead,” which the executive order describes as a “war on showers.” The rescission will be effective 30 days from the date of the publication of the notice.
