This executive order suspends until July 9, 2025 enforcement of the second paragraph of section 3(a) of Executive Order 14257 (setting country specific rates) and increases tariff rates by 10% until July 9, 2025 with respect to those trading partners enumerated in Annex I to Executive Order 14257. It increases tariffs with respect to certain goods originating from the People’s Republic of China.
