The enforcement delays specified in section 2(a) of Executive Order 14166 of Jan. 20, 2025 (Application of Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Application Act to TikTok), as extended by Executive Order 14258, are further extended until Sept. 17, 2025.
