Executive Order 14316: Extending the Modification of the Reciprocal Tariff Rates

This executive order extended the suspension of the additional ad valorem duties added by Executive Order 14257 on April 2, 2025 until Aug. 1, 2025. However, the tariff suspension effectuated by Executive Order 14298 of May 2, 2025 with respect to the People’s Republic of China remains in effect and is unaltered by this executive order.
