Executive Order 14329: Addressing Threats to the United States by the Government of the Russian Federation

The purpose of this order is to add economic pressure to Russia by imposing additional ad valorem duties on imports of articles from India because India buys directly or indirectly Russian Federation oil. It imposes an additional 25% at the rate of duty on goods from India effective 21 days after Aug. 6, 2025. The duties imposed by this executive order are in addition to those duties imposed by Executive Order 14257 of April 2, 2025.
