Executive Order 14384: Modifying Duties to Address Threats to the United States by the Government of the Russian Federation

This executive order eliminates the additional 25 percent ad valorem rate of duty imposed by Executive Order 14329 upon imports of articles of India. The president issued this executive order because India agreed to stop directly or indirectly importing oil from the Russian Federation.
