The purpose of this executive order is to expand support for conservation practices by American farmers and to promote regenerative agriculture. It directs the secretary of agriculture to maximize the funding of the current Regenerative Pilot Program and evaluate ways to expand the reach of the program. It also directs (a) the EPA to prioritize the review and approval of new chemicals that can replace older farm chemicals and (b) the secretary of agriculture, the EPA and the HHS to study health risks of chemical contaminants in the food supply and to address these risks for greater food safety.
