Jeff Ansley and Jean Boyea Named to The Dallas 500 List

Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP partners Jeffrey J. Ansley and Jean Pierre Boyea are featured in The Dallas 500’s 2018 edition, a special publication from D Magazine Partners (publishers of D Magazine and D CEO) showcasing the “most influential top executives” from across North Texas in more than 60 industries, including local luminaries such as Ross Perot, Jr., Mark Cuban, Ron Kirk and T. Boone Pickens. Selections were made based on extensive contacts in local business circles, hundreds of interviews and nearly a year’s worth of research.

“We are extremely proud that Jeff and Jean have landed on this prestigious list, particularly since it is based on feedback from the community,” said James Skochdopole, managing partner of Bell Nunnally. “Each is an outstanding practitioner and has cultivated a reputation for keen insight and exceptional client service.”

Boyea is one of six individuals selected for the category of Law – Real Estate, and his profile begins, “If you are a commercial real estate landlord, it is very likely you know Jean Boyea.” He represents commercial landlords of shopping centers and mixed-use developments (retail/office and retail/residential) in a broad range of transactional matters from the sale and acquisition of properties to development and refinancing, with a special emphasis on retail leasing and day-to-day landlord/tenant issues. Boyea works with landlords, tenants, developers, lenders and investment entities and has extensive experience with retail and office tenant representation, residential land acquisition and development, joint ventures, limited partnerships and real estate-related financing transactions, as well as mechanic’s liens, easements, foreclosures, workouts, property owners’ associations and mortgage fraud cases.
