Event Details:

Texas’s new business courts will be set up to adjudicate large business disputes, provide a specialist approach to these matters and build trial-court level precedents through written opinions that businesses will be able to rely on to better predict how their disputes will be resolved. But the procedural rules for these courts and the identity of the judges who will preside over them have yet to be determined.
