This presentation seamlessly weaves trial tips and ethics into the story about an unlikely source of knowledge. Through the story of the rise and fall (and rise again) of a Billboard regular, Turman highlights important lessons litigators can learn and apply to their practices. Through Turman’s war stories, he provides insight on lessons such as how to structure questions during a cross-examination, how to take advantage of an aggressive opposing counsel’s tendencies, and the different strategies litigators can use when communicating with a jury.
