Bell Nunnally Partner Ross Angus Williams has been appointed to serve on the board of the Exchange Club of East Dallas for a two-year term beginning in October 2026.

Founded in 1948, the Exchange Club of East Dallas is a historic civic organization dedicated to supporting more than 7,100 East Dallas public school students across nine elementary schools, one middle school and one high school.

The organization supports students and families through a wide range of programs and initiatives, including Coats for Kids, Books for Kids, free eyeglasses, literacy programs and efforts to prevent child abuse. The Exchange Club also provides renewable college scholarships to graduating seniors, including mentorship and a comprehensive application and interview process.

The organization hosts several annual fundraising events, including the Exchange Club of East Dallas Gala, the Dallas Junior Golf Championship and WoodrowFest, which supports student programs through a golf tournament and pub party.
