Associate Stephen Iya has joined the Dallas Regional Chamber’s (DRC) 2019 LEAD Young Professionals (LEAD YP) program. Through access to opportunities including networking, leadership and community service, the DRC’s YP program is designed to develop the region’s future leaders. As a member of LEAD subset, Iya joins a select group of qualified YP members who view ongoing professional development as a necessary element in obtaining more complex leadership roles. The LEAD cohort engages in classroom sessions, panel discussions and mentorship opportunities designed to produce future DRC YP board members and community leaders in the workplace.
