Farrokhnia’s presentation will provide attendees with an overview of the key players and institutions involved in middle-market transactions, including buyers, sellers, investors, lenders and advisors.

The session will explore how transactions progress from initial opportunity identification through closing and post-close ownership, highlighting the roles of investment bankers, attorneys, accountants and other professionals throughout the deal lifecycle. Farrokhnia and Davis will also discuss current Texas middle-market dynamics and various buyer models, including private equity firms, family offices, strategic buyers, independent sponsors and search funds.
