With more than 20 years of experience, Cheryl helps clients establish and grow their brands by developing creative, cost-effective strategies to safeguard their intellectual property assets worldwide. She regularly submits applications to the U.S. Copyright Office and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)and represents clients in Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings.
