Elise Gonzalez represents clients in complex commercial and employment disputes. Her experience includes representing and advising clients in state and federal courts, agency investigations and arbitrations, as well as managing discovery, preparing witnesses to testify and counseling employers on workplace issues.
Before joining the firm, Elise served as a law clerk to Judges Rebecca Rutherford and Renée Harris Toliver of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. In that role, she gained experience across a broad range of federal and state law matters, including contract disputes, class actions, employment discrimination, corporate liability and trademark infringement.
