Before joining the firm as an attorney, she supported its transactional team by drafting client communications and transactional schedules; researching corporate, tax and regulatory issues; and assisting with federal and state regulatory filings.
During law school, Mia served as associate managing editor of the SMU International Law Review, after previously serving as a staff editor.
